      Via the information search service offered by the National Institute of Informatics, you can access the sources for free except for some contents.You can search academic journals published by academic associations and bulletins published by universities or other institutions in Japan. It is also possible to display the full text articles (some with charges), research proceedings and citations.

    • Japanese Periodicals Index by the National Diet Library Links to external website.
      You can access the journal article database built by the National Diet Library to search articles of Japanese scholarly journals published in Japan. (Search for articles from 1948 to 1971 is only available in the fields of humanities and sociology.)
      Keio ID is not required for this search as this database allows public access for free.

It allows you to conduct both specified and cross-disciplinary searches for wide-ranging areas including humanities, sociology, economics and psychology.

      Web of Science is a web-based article database which contains scholarly journals carefully selected from all over the world.
      This database features an effective citation-based search allowing you to find articles in which the specific article is cited.
