Residents of Fujisawa City

• Fujisawa City residents are permitted to enter the Media Center with a SFC Media Center Library Card. The card is valid for one year, from April 1 through March 31.
• To obtain a Library Card, inquire at the Information Desk.

How to Apply for a SFC Media Center Library Card

Eligibility

• Persons age 18 and over residing or working in Fujisawa City (including 1～110 Tsutsumi, Chigasaki City) are eligible to apply.
• Students at other universities, vocational schools, or high schools are not eligible.

How to Apply

• Apply in person at the SFC Media Center. Applications by proxy or by mail are not accepted.
• Bring any of the following currently valid documents that prove you are a Fujisawa resident or work in Fujisawa:
  driver's license, employee ID card, passport, health insurance card, or juminhyo (must be issued no more than 1 month before application date).
• If you cannot provide any of the above documents, please consult with the Media Center staff in advance.
• An annual fee of ¥1,000 is charged.

Notes

• Only materials at the SFC Media Center may be used. The card does not provide access to the Library of Nursing and Medical Care or other Keio Media Centers.
• Computers and AV equipment may not be used.
• Visitors may use the reading areas only for reading or viewing Media Center materials. Restrictions may apply to the use of the reading areas during examination periods.
• There is no parking available at the Media Center. Please use public transportation.

Kanagawa region university library consortium's Library Card Holders (神奈川県内大学図書館共通閲覧証)

You may enter the SFC Media Center if you have a Kanagawa region university library consortium's Library Card (神奈川県内大学図書館共通閲覧証"Kyotsu Etsuran-sho").
Cardholders may only read materials at the Media Center, not check them out.
