Keio University Library, a leading research library in the humanities and social sciences, actively collects books, academic journals, and electronic resources in many fields. The library also offers orientation programs to empower Keio research and education activities with its extensive collection and its innovative services.
Over the 100 years since its establishment, the library has acquired more than 2.7 million volumes, including rare editions, important cultural properties, and numerous private and special collections. The library is also striving to make an intellectual contribution to society through public exhibition and digital publication of its collections.
