Long-Term Loan During Summer Holidays

We offer long term loan during summer vacation as below.
It is available only to the current members of Keio University and is applied to the 14-day or 30-day loan items.
Note that some items are not eligible for long-term loan, and borrowing is subject to the rules of the lending library.

[14-Day-Loan Items]
Procedure Period : Wed., Jul. 23 - Tue., Sep. 23
Due Date : Wed., Oct. 8

[30-Day-Loan Items]
Procedure Period : Wed., Jul. 9 - Sun., Sep. 7
Due Date : Thu., Oct. 8

- Students who expect to graduate from an undergraduate or graduate school in September 2025 should return the materials by September 9, 2025.
-Long-term loans are not available for journals, white papers, yearbooks, master's and doctoral theses, audiovisual materials, and the like.
- Some items are not available for long-term loan, and borrowing is subject to the rules of the lending library.
- For students who expect to graduate in September 2025: If you are extending your enrollment after the fall semester or are advancing to the Graduate School, you may check out materials after September 9, 2025 by submitting the request form to the Media Center.
