For Those Who Are Graduating or Completing Academic Programs in September, 2025

(1) The Final Due Date
The students graduating or completing academic programs in September must return their loans by Tuesday, September 9, which is the final due date. Please sign in to "KOSMOS My Library" to view your current loans, and make sure to return all of them.

* If you are going to the graduate school of Keio University, or staying for another academic year, you may renew your library membership as well as your loan periods. For renewal procedure, please apply to any library before your due date. We also accept applications via web form. We do not renew your active loans. Please extend your loan periods by yourself after renewing your membership.

(2) Saving Your Loan History and Favorites
You may no longer sign in to KOSMOS after Tuesday, September 9. We suggest you save your loan history and favorites in advance. Here are the instructions.

(3) Library Access after Commencement
Even after the commencement, you may enter our libraries until Friday, September 20（Shinanomachi Media Center until September 21）, by showing your student ID card. If you have already returned your student ID card to the university, and do not have the card with you, please ask to the librarian at the entrance.
