Keio University Media Center is conducting a library survey via a web form from October 27 to November 30, 2025.

Eligible respondents have received an email including the survey link.
To help us improve our services, we kindly ask for your cooperation in completing the survey using the link below.

Student Prize Draw:
Fifty student respondents will be randomly selected to receive a ¥1,000 digital bookstore gift card.
To enter the draw, please provide your keio.jp email address in the final section of the survey.

Participation Gift:
After completing the survey, show the "Thank you!" screen at the library counter to receive library goods.
Please note that this offer is available while supplies last.

The results will be shared on the following webpage within the 2025 academic year:
