2026 Open Access Publication Fee (APC) Support/Waiver Program

Through subscription agreements that the Media Center has established with publishers, Keio University authors may be eligible for support or full waivers of open access publication fees for certain titles. Take advantage of this program!

The following publishers have entered into new contract periods starting in January 2026. Eligible titles and support conditions vary by publisher. For details, please refer to the "オープンアクセス論文を探す・公開する" section of the Keio University Research Navi. Information is provided by publisher (publishers not listed here are not eligible).
