Notice: Change in Reservation Method for Basement Facilities

The facility reservation system previously used at the Shonan Fujisawa Media Center has been changed as of March 5, 2026.

For reservations of basement facilities from March 5 onward, please apply using the following URL.
(Keio.jp authentication is required.)

■ Basement Facility Reservations

・Reservations can be made starting from 2 business days in advance. Same-day or next-day bookings are not available.
・If the facility is not occupied within 30 minutes of the reserved start time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
・For consecutive or long-term bookings, we may contact you to confirm the intended use.
・Please limit your reservation to the minimum time necessary and be mindful of other users.
・Failure to clean up or restore the facility to its original state after use may result in being denied future access.

■ Regarding Reservation Keys

If a reservation key is required, please enter the following:

・Video Shooting Studio：0415738

・Sound Studio
　ー Provided only to those who have completed the orientation session in advance.

・About the AV Hall
　ー AV Hall: 0415592
　ー Available for use in classes/research meetings/academic conferences.
　ー Please enter the name and email address of the instructor in charge in the remarks column.
　ー Presence of faculty/staff is required. Students cannot use the facilities alone.
　ー Students Group and individual use is not permitted.
