Our archive collection which are only one thing in the world are shelved in the archive room on the 1st basement floor of Main Library.

Application

If you need an item in the archive room, you need to make a reservation in advance.

Keio University Faculty/Staffs: Please make a reservation by email, FAX, or phone.
Keio University Students and alumni: Please make a reservation in person at the main counter.
Visitors: You are required to make an inquiry in advance through your home library, as well as to bring a letter of introduction. For details, please refer to the link.

*Keio University Faculty/Staffs, students and alumni need to make a reservation by the previous day.
Visitors need to make a reservation 5 working days in advance.
