Other Domestic University Libraries

In principle, you will need to take a letter of introduction issued by the Keio University Library. However, some university libraries, such as national university libraries, may be open to the public. Please either check the website of the library you intend to visit in advance or inquire at the library counter.
Applications for letters of introduction are accepted via the online form "Letter of Introduction Request" or at the library counter.

Applications for letters of introduction are accepted via the online form "Letter of Introduction Request" or at the library counter.
*The letter of introduction issued by the Keio University Library does not guarantee admittance to other libraries, but merely introduces the requester as someone affiliated with Keio University. Additionally, a photo ID (international student ID card/proof of identification in English) will usually be required.
