AV Equipments
You can borrow video cameras, digital still cameras, and related AV equipment at the AV Consultant Desk on the 1st floor of the SFC Media Center.

Borrowing and Return Procedures
Borrowing
- Fill out an AV Equipment Loan Form at the AV Consultant Desk.
- Certain kinds of AV equipment may only be used inside the Media Center. To use this equipment you must fill out a voucher at the Desk.
- Present your Student ID or Campus Card.
- AV equipment cannot be borrowed without proper identification.
- The staff checks the equipment.
- Only one item of AV equipment may be borrowed per person, with exceptions for certain types of equipment.
Return
- You must return borrowed equipment to the AV Consultant Desk on or before the due date.
- Present your Student ID or Campus Card.
- Do not leave the desk until the counter staff has finished checking the equipment.
- Sign for return verification in Loan Form.
Notes
- AV equipment cannot be reserved in advance.
- Borrowed equipment should be returned by the original borrower.
- You may not loan the equipment to a third party. In the case of use by a group, the borrower assumes full responsibility for the equipment until it is returned.
- The borrowing period cannot be renewed. If you wish to borrow an item of equipment again, please repeat the borrowing procedure. Note, however, that you will not be loaned the same camera as before.
- If you lose or damage AV equipment, please report it to the AV Consultant Desk immediately.
- If you lose or damage AV equipment, you will have to either replace it with identical equipment or pay the cost of replacement or repair.
- If equipment is returned late or has been damaged, your eligibility to borrow AV equipment may be temporarily suspended.
